Here is what's happening, the new Asst. Director Monica and new Director Andi have decided to not stand up for the animals and EVERYTHING inconvenient (needs meds) is pushed to rescue or euthanized. It's not the staffs fault, cities don't want to pay money towards animal welfare and now the admins don't want to push back for the animals.
