I shouted for you to come through, then I thought I heard sound,

of the door slamming

Like when you’d come home drunk, much worse then disorderly

You’d fling your stuff up the floor, remember nights were pretty morbid for me,

You’d be shouting or crying

Sometimes I’d burst out my room, half the time sounded like you were fucking dying

I must’ve been wrong, I must’ve misheard the door, maybe I’m reminiscing too much, too much about before

Maybe it was more of a slow creek, that I heard when the door shut, a creek up the stairs when you’d check on your sleeping daughter,

I’m not sure,

maybe I’m hallucinating,

maybe I’d should stop here,

and stop this writing I’m creating

On this Terrible  / Terrific Tuesday where things can go either way you can still catch us dropping this good word after doing the knowledge aka four / five  / sixing it.. .. ten steps ahead trying to manifest the terrific outcome motivated by the drum, once again it’s on  when the DJ is fixing it.. ..by letting the music play celebrating life; but like the Geto Boys my mind was playing tricks…
