Caleb, referring the scourger: "She is me if I had turned out to be me.”
It’s such an interesting statement. Like he thinks being a volstrucker - the person who tortured and killed, who killed his parents in the name of the Empire - is who he really is. He thinks that everything he’s built himself to be since is somehow a lie or not who he ‘really’ is...
jester whispering “caduceus! we’re being sneaky!” and caduceus saying “you’re talking loud enough for me to hear…” and fjord calling “what did you say, caduceus?” and beau shouting “THERE’S NO PRIVACY IN THIS HOUSE!”
Jester: I just have one question. Who the f*** is The Raven Queen?
...
Caduceus: I don’t think we need a shrine to The Raven Queen, unless...?
Beau: Nope, I’m good
HUFFLEPUFF: "To live is to be sad, time and time again. But you also get to be happy." –Matt Mercer (The Traveler: Critical Role: Causatum)
@causatum
Winn closed his eyes as he leaned against the back of the cell. He knew that he was going to be taken as dangerous. He was the one who had begged the Flash to lock him away, to keep him away from people. He didn’t know how to control these powers, how to stop them. He had accidently hurt someone. It had happened a lot, using their own phones to taser them and knocking them out. But this time he finally got stopped.
He looked up as he heard the door open, pursing his lips. “I’m so sorry.”
@causatum / liked.
"okay," he drags the word out for a long moment, lips pursing as he glances from the book in hand to his sister standing in front of him. louis was definitely not supposed to be in the restricted section, nor was he supposed to technically be out of bed --- but neither was dominique. "how about neither of us say anything and we just continue on with our night?" unlikely, he's well aware, but there's no harm in trying. especially if it keeps him out of detention. or worse; a letter home.
starter for @causatum: sam upton;
“I’m just saying that I had the guy. But my partner, Mr. Men-Can-Do-It-Better, decided that he had a better chance.” Addison takes a sip from her glass and then sighs. “Long story short, we lost him. All because yet another cop can’t take it when a woman can handle herself.” She shakes her head and leans back a little in her seat. “Please tell me the guys in your unit aren’t like that.”
