Exwaive Insurance provides subsidence excess waiver insurance in the UK including Northern Ireland. In the event that you have a subsidence, heave, landslip or mining damage claim on your buildings insurance, the excess payment is met by the waiver insurance.
In the UK, subsidence insurance is usually included as standard as part of your buildings insurance policy. The policy excess for subsidence claims start at £1000 and can be up to £2500 as standard.
