Headcanon background time:

Andy has been bounced around in the foster care system since she was 5. She had a hard time finding a family that would take her in because she had ADHD and OCD, till she finally got adopted by the Williams' in San Francisco when she was 15.

My All of Us (His Story), MC, Dennis and her were foster siblings when she was 10, before they were separated, They do meet later on in San Fran.

Blue is her first and stable friend since high school. He was the first person she came out to as a lesbian.

She was a star basketball player in high school, and took up acting as well.

She is very obsessive with keeping all her belongings in an alphabetical order. Even her wardrobe is in such a way that the color of the dresses are in alphabetical order

Personality:

She is quick-witted, smart, and the kind of person who has no filter nor modesty. If she likes something, she goes for it, no thinking twice.

She can be dramatic at times, especially when it comes to crushes or confessing her feelings

I know All of Us was requested for June/Pride Month but with TCATF, I couldn't get to anything else, but who says we can't continue Pride celebrations into July? The books only have 8 chapters, so we could do 2 a week and read the book(s) in July. @dr-colossal-pita has offered to help with poll questions for His Story (thank you!!!) so I can focus on the Her Story with the two chapters a week.

An All of Us book club doesn't mean there isn't going to be another book club over the summer, but I wouldn't think about starting a second book club at least for a couple weeks. More no votes than yes does NOT mean we won't move forward, I just like to gauge interest.

All of Us: Her Story - Chanel Yontararak

Chanel is actually my MC from Along Came Treble! I don't know how the AOU storyline will pan out as yet, but I'm thinking Chanel meets Zaira in her early twenties, has a bit of a puppy crush, they go their separate ways (amicably). Chanel climbs the corporate ladder and becomes Cai's manager in ACT, they have a fling that ultimately fizzles (Chanel is extremely career-focussed and cuthroat, and doesn't have time for a lot of Cai's crap), and she and Zaira find their way back to each other in Chanel's late twenties/early thirties.

Here, she is a much classier and refined version of herself, having had time to get to know herself as an industry professional. (She'll also deny ever having worn a basic cropped tee and jeans ever in her life).

I think there should be a scene where MC and Tess discover two of their exes are exes. It really wouldn't be out of the question in their dating pool
