cbdMD comes with a convenient roll on applicator. It does come out a little quickly. It wasn't much of an issue for me personally. It has a strong menthol fragrance. On application, it feels like ointment on my skin. After application, there's a pleasant cooling sensation. I regained some flexibility while free from pain; but there are limits. I'm pain-free for normal, daily activities as long as the cooling sensation persists. Overall, it's a nice temporary solution to pain relief as long as you don't mind the menthol fragrance.
