COVAIRECITYRP TASK 023: ❝ COMFORT ZONE ❞
How does your character behave around children? Minho is at his purest around children. Having once been a father, he connects easily and quickly with them. Although, being around them also reminds him of what he lost. Not knowing what happened to Nari, and feeling like he failed to protect her is one of the many things that plagues him still to this day.
How does your character behave around the elderly? Because of how he was raised, not matter if they're impolite or nice to him, Minho is always respectful with them. Depending how they are, he'll either remain serious, or smile at them... or as much as Minho can actually smile which isn't much.
How does your character normally deal with minor confrontation? Calmly. Minho is extremely calm in general, and is most likely to either shut down, or walk away. And unless he's physically attacked, people can throw insults at him all they want, and he won't react, nor return the insults. It's not because he's a coward, but finds those attitude childish and thin is that he has better things to do than entertain those behaviours.
How quick or slow is your character to resort to physical violence in a confrontation? Explain. Extremely slow, if ever. Minho will not attack first without being hit first. Even then, he's more likely to incapacitate someone quickly than prolonged things. Although, this does not includes hunters. While he hasn't faced any since losing his wife and daughter, he'd turned into a raging animal and attack without provocation.
Describe a scenario in which your character feels most comfortable. At home, sowing something for his wife and daughter. It's a moment where he can forget losing them and just be in a world where he still has them in his life. It's really when he's at his most comfortable.
Describe a scenario in which your character feels most uncomfortable. Grief meetings. He hates them with a passion, and would avoid them at all cost if he could. He's beyond uncomfortable talking about personal matter with strangers. And especially in larger number, which is usually anything above one person.
In the face of criticism, is your character defensive, self-deprecating, or willing to improve? Explain. The latter. Especially at work, because he aims for perfection and to save as many people as possible. But this is as long as it concerns his job, because when it comes to his grief, he gets extremely defensive, which is probably why he's still stuck in individual and group therapy.
How does your character behave around people they like? Minho is the same with people he likes or he feels neutral about. Though, he shows his feelings by making things for those people, usually clothes or things like tote bags. He's very kind and generous with those handful of people that manages to fall into that category.
How does your character behave around people they dislike? He avoids them at all cost. Minho doesn't like wasting his time around things or people he doesn't like because he has to constantly live with hating what he is, no need for more than this to make his life more miserable that it already is.
How does your character treat people in service jobs? With great care. Minho values politeness in general, but would judge anyone being an asshole to people in service job, and will more than likely dislike them. It's actually one of the best way to make a bad impression with him.
