PANEER TIKKA BIRYANI TACO
Paneer Tikka Biryani reimagined in the
form of a Taco.
Components:
Rice: Used in the form of rice flour to
make the tortillas for taco shells.
Vegetables: onions, carrots, beans and cabbage Cooked in Ghee with
Biryani Masala and whole spices
Paneer Tikka: smoked tandoori sauce
with cottage cheese, whipped and then
smoked.
Garnish: Garnished with chopped mint
and coriander and Fried Onions.

Since my childhood, I have been fond of Mexican food, especially Tacos. When everyone preferred having Indian Food, I couldn't help myself from ordering Mexican. Once I convinced my dad to have a burrito bowl and he liked it but said he would rather have a biryani. That gave me an innovative idea of making this Dish.
The tandoori sauce and smoked- whipped cottage cheese added another level of depth to the dish with the vegetables and biryani masala complementing the flavour of sauce and smoky-ness of the cottage cheese.
