In regards to the last anon who sent a fakeclaim because of my age (18), systemhood forms through childhood trauma. Therefore, it is not absurd to assume that there will be adolescents or even young adults who experience the condition! Although it can definitely be hard to diagnose, that doesn’t mean the condition doesn’t exist until you reach an age deemed appropriate by whatever syscringe adjacent or endogenic space you crawled out from <3
In fact, here is a case study surrounding a 15 year girl old with DID. (Trigger warning for mentions of abuse, substance abuse, self harm, transphobia, and childhood sexual assault, and likely more.)
