Welcome!
This blog is dedicated to finding and posting FREE resources for various psychological conditions, neurodivergences, and mental health problems. This includes helpful websites, screening tools, positivity, recommendations for media (like books, shows, or podcasts), lay summaries of academic literature, educational resources, community, and more. Not everyone has access to professional treatment, wants to pursue it, or is helped by it, and this blog is devoted to helping those people.

Submissions highly encouraged!
I value community AND science. I think it's important to have a mix of both in your research and understanding. Please do not hesitate to send me a resource because it's "only" from the community!
This blog and all of my posts have no DNI. I believe everyone is entitled to access to these resources. That said, please try to keep my comments a discourse-free zone. Thank you! I also reblog helpful posts regardless of if I agree with OP's stances or not. Please do not take the posts I reblog or the people I reblog from to be an indicator of my own personal beliefs. If I reblog your post and you are not comfortable with it, please let me know and I'll delete it and make my own post.
