Help Me End Strategic Vote Bullying This Election! Hey NDPs and Greens, once a day on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr, do a search for public posts containing phrases like,
"don't split the left vote" "you want the Cons/O'toole to win!" "that's how we get the cons." "a vote for X is a vote for O'Toole!"
Share these pics of election results from 1984, 2006, and 2018 Ontario, in the threads when you can and help debunk these talking points. Conservatives win when Liberals switch teams and vote Conservative. Not because people vote NDP or Green.
And here's some analytics for the 2018 Ontario Election. https://environicsanalytics.com/en-ca/resources/blogs/ea-blog/2018/06/12/where-did-all-the-liberal-votes-go-in-the-ontario-election Exit polls from the 2019 election showed that 45% of soft Liberal voters, vote strategically. 39% of Liberal voters like their party. That's a lot of voters who are voting Liberal that might do it because of vote bullying, not because they actually prefer the party. We can help change that by helping to debunk this Liberal myth, but it's going to take a lot of us, actively fighting this, this election. If Trudeau wants a majority, he should earn it, starting with electoral reform.
Solidarity!
I wish #IStandWithTrudeau twitter, understood how right-wing a Liberal Majority with a CPC opposition really is and stopped poopooing Jagmeet Singh and the NDP for trying to keep the Liberal party *liberal*, rather than letting it veer off so far to the right with the Conservatives. I know they really like him, but it often seems more rooted in celebrity fanfare, than public policy that affects our lives in Canada. Justin Trudeau is no Lester B. Pearson. This is a very different Liberal party than the one that brought us things like Medicare and Old Age Security while working with the NDP.
Contrary to what many Liberals are saying on social media, including Whitby's MP, Ryan Turnbull; Liberals failed to act after NDP's motion was passed for a moratorium on Student Loans in November 2020.
The government continued collecting loans from struggling students for several months after agreeing not to!

Students should elect NDP's, Brian Dias for Whitby's new MP, https://whitby.ndp.ca/ (or the NDP candidate in your riding) if you want a party that has your interests in mind.
Liberals read Federal Policy at ourcommons.ca challenge!
You will find, not the NDP, but the Liberals agreeing with the CPC on most issues. Coincidentally (just a coincidence), Conservatives win when Liberals vote Blue as well!
We can't afford Erin O'Toole for our Climate.
