you know that random urge to just move your body? (neurodivergent trait, i am aware)
boy howdy does cDream get it, especially during either really boring or really rush inducing/stressful situations. but he can't just walk around moving his arms or shaking his body like the urges tell him to, he can't be intimidating while simultaneously flapping his hands!
so instead, his feet are always moving inside his boots, like lifting his toes n stuff. he bites the insides of his cheeks, his hands are always in his pockets because he silently has something little inside, like a button, or cocoa beans, that he fidgets around with.
however comma, he absolutely lets himself loose when around people he trusts, he lays down in his and Punz's base and moves his legs a bunch, he paces around Techno when they talk, he used to grab Sapnap's sleeve and move his arm around like a little worm, George's glasses always somehow ended up his Dream's hands
