ok little animatic idea except i don't draw because i suck at it and absolutely can't animate (though i might just try a shitty concept while i'm inspired) but i refuse with all my heart to use ai because i have a brain, so you'll have to follow along with me with your imagination, ok? ok.
picture this, cowpoke by Isaiah Sheffield.
the song starts with a little bird that flies over the smp, then that first harmonica note of impending doom, and there in frame is the lake around the community house, nighttime.
it keeps going and it slowly pans to cdream, sat on the grass, full netherite, axe right next to him.
camera moves in, his pov, he turns to see the main portal, then the prime path, then finally the new community house.
a blink in the moment of silence, where everything goes black.
as soon as the guitar starts, eyes open, daytime, the community house is gone, not destroyed, it's just the lake, untouched, right before they started building there, now the pov follows the same pattern in reverse, the big mountain untouched where the prime path would be built time later, then the gravel area of the main portal with nothing but gray stone all around and a simple starter portal with the corners still made of dirt before they had the obsidian to build a better one.
when the harmonica starts again, a little time-lapse of the community house being built, still from the same pov, you see shadows of the dream team working and playing as the structure slowly starts appearing
then, still in cdream's pov, he turns to the right, where the axe was a moment ago, and it's now Sapnap, slightly blurry, bandana pristinely white, hair in those space buns he had at the time, smiling at the camera, relaxed; his eyes look just slightly behind it, and it pans again, now to the left, George, as blurry as Sapnap, no mushrooms, no king gown, just George, glasses on top of his head, rolling his eyes.
then, that final chord, and as it rings out, suddenly it's cdream again, from an outside pov, back to nighttime, back to netherite, back to the axe, back to being alone...
