Okay, so LIMITING THIS TO ONE A SHOW and ONE COSTUME AN ACTOR/ACTRESS, and in no particular order.

Xiao Lanhua's blue-green dress: Love Between Fairy and Devil

So beautiful I had to cosplay it. Just... everything. The color, the details, the hair piece! Pure magic, fitting of our bb girl goddess moon queen.

2. Chu Kong as the king of (cat) demons: Love You Seven Times

Divine, cunty, a little bit camp. Fantastic wig and accessories as well! I will never not be obsessed.

3. Qing Geng the Magpie Demon- Fangs of Fortune

FoF has endless beautiful and expensive looking clothing, but this one stuck with me. It's so gorgeous and feels fitting of a creature of nature. It gives me the same vibes of the famous beetle-wing dress.

4. Pan Yue in green- In Blossom

Sorry you can't even see much of the costume here, but I'm not motivated enough to screencap. Not the most elaborate costume, but when he rolled up in it, I gasped. Perfect color, perfect fit, all around wonderful.

5. Xiaoyao's coronation gown- Lost You Forever

It's so striking and such a unique cut. Beautiful and symmetrical, without an overabundance of flash. Seeing this gown was one of the reasons I got interested in watching LYF.

top 5 figure skating performances and top 5 cdrama outfits

okay so I did top five fave programs a while back. Because of that though I decided to do... top five favorite gala programs! And these are kind of like, heavy on the tearjerker moments but I am not immune. I'll do Cdrama costumes in a bit!

Michelle Kwan- Fields of Gold

The power of the Kween is that she made an exhibition program the most iconic and talked about performance at an Olympic games. Everyone remembers where they were. I don't even need to say anything else. Breathe if you cried.

2. Mao Asada- Smile

Let's get another tearjerker out of the way. ALSO in a gold dress.

3. Mirai Nagasu- On Golden Pond

This is the LAST SAD ONE. I can't find a good hq copy of the version at 2014 nationals, but here's a beautiful one she did almost ten years later!

4. Satoko Miyahara- Concierto de Aranjuez

Beautiful, stunning, one of a kind. Satoko at her absolute peak perfection. She took my breath away when she did this.

5. Nathan Chen- Hold on Tight

I didn't think he'd come out of nowhere to surprise me with a gala program that totally blew me out of the water post-retirement like this, but he did. All of Nathan's post-Beijing programs have been so fabulous and innovative. I wish the proshots of this hadn't all been deleted.

Hi! I'm a new follower, so I'm not sure if you've answered this question before. But I'm in love with your Cipher collection!!! How did you get so many copies of the VHS? And do you mind sharing the current status of the collection?

Hi! Great to hear from another collector! So happy you like it!I got most of my collection on yahoo auctions via different proxies (pretty much everything aside from a few of the books). The VHS is pretty easy to get hold of, they even show up on Amazon jp with international shipping, so I got a bunch in case any were faulty.I haven’t added anything new in the last two years but I did get a bunch after I made my initial post. I need to get around to taking some new photos, hahah! Here are some I took for the Cipher discord server a while back if you want to see. :) I have a few more things stored away so I hope to make a proper update post in the future.

1) 3 tropes i love: kind of a sucker for soulmate stuff....sry, i also like heated confessions like when they are mad at each other. also, i like when one of them gets hurt and the other one gets protective, idek if these are tropes

2) 3 tropes i don’t love: thinking of tropes i don’t love is hard because i can get behind almost anything if it’s done well... umm harem, bury your gays but nobody loves that trope, when the small one is always the bottom

3) emotional aspect of a ship that always gets me: I LOVE CHARACTERS WHO MAKE EACH OTHER BETTER AND BRING OUT THE BEST IN EACH OTHER!! YAA

4) physical aspect of a ship that always gets me: casual touching...hand touching...shoulder back forehead idc just luv that

5) i usually monoship but im ok with multiship it just happens that way im too diehard

visit’s the japanese tea garden in golden gate park! It’s 9 dollars for nonresidents but it’s such a good picture location. ice cream at chirarelli square is like the thing to do in sf. the tickets at the aquarium are pretty pricey for like an hour worth of time, but the jellyfish exhibit is my fav. if you’re going to be here this weekend, it’s going to be pride weekend, so there’s always something great going on

yes i came specifically for pride bc i can’t be gay at home! thank you i love ice cream with all my heart so i’m eating good this week!
