Neptunian is an identity that is linked to the void and fluctuates with soft celestial masculine energy. It is not masculine-aligned, but simply linked in a way that fluctuates - this means that the amount of masculinity may change. This label is a part of the celestial gender system.
People who are neptunian can have any additional genders or alignments, or they may more often use this label by itself. This is not a demi-male identity or a male-aligned one, but may be considered demivoid if the person chooses to identify in that way.
