Ending the week in Gulf Shores with a King Cake from New Orleans.

We are a little early for Carnaval but we still enjoy New Orleans King Cake. Not to be confused with the French Galette des Rois we eat for the epiphany but with the same concept of finding a little trinket (a baby in this case) in the cake.

Back to daily activities…

So close to winning at Bingo.

Last number called was 65. :(

And local celebrity too… they don’t often get people from Paris, France in this neck of the wood 😂

And without transition I’m back in Alabama and almost reunited.

Not the first time we kiss across borders. This time it’s Florida and Alabama, last time was Belgium and the Netherlands.

Back in Alabama and back to our favorite hobby… going for lunch at interesting places.
