Today's live cello + yoga class was amazing. When @that.cellogirl.daphnee broke out the Bach Suite at B-Series with Vignettes, my heart swelled and tears welled in my eyes. After class one student told me that she felt Daphnee's cello playing helped her chronic spasm disappear. A few tears in the room during Savasana. Thank you, Daphnee, for opening our hearts.
