My phone does this weird thing like a few times a day probably almost every day where all the apps scoot down the screen. Sometimes I'm in the middle of typing something and the top half of the screen slides down and I just tap in the empty space and it moves back up but it's weird and annoying. I put a meme up earlier and it became a big deal so I want to have an honest discussion about it. We're all guilty of it. Being on our phones. But I see more and more of people shutting out their kids, friends, partners because they are on their phones. Sometimes I go out in public and watch people just on their phones, oblivious to the world around them. I did my undergrad thesis on how cell phones affect us psychologically. I'm also super interested in how mobile technology affects parenting. I truly believe we need to be able to #Unplug once in a while.
