Note: Dead Cells cannot be killed by weapons, magic, or determination. They can only be killed in two ways, CELLs or Ultra heat ( like lava and huge laser beam ) . Dead Cells are like bacteria or a virus, while CELLs are like an immune system or white blood cell. It's possible to fuse CELLs with weapons made of bones.

Paper Crane has encountered the first Dead Cell, known as a Zombie Cell.

What is Paper Crane going to do? FIGHT or RUN?

Zombie Cells, like all Dead Cells, are undead creatures unable to think or feel. Their only instinct is survival, as they eat any living being-- it doesn’t matter if it’s an animal, human, or monster, whether or not they have code, they’ll even eat a parasitic lifeform like Blu or Paper Crane. In their eyes, all living beings are food. One more thing, if you see one, it means others are not far away.

Update (2021-12-17): Each time Abyss speaks at the end of chapter 4 and the start of Chapter 5, it was him writing in his diary with the name Abysstale sans' entry, at the end of Chapter 4 is Abyss's 1st entry, and the intro of Chapter 5 is Abyss’s 2nd entry. In the next chapter is the intro chapter 6 Abyss’s 3rd entry.
