Meant to post this before the end of pride month, but alas.. didn't quite pan out. My favorite non-canon Fable ship!

Originally planned to do post-canon designs, but had so many other pieces I was working on I didn't want to have to have all those extra details to fuss over. So I settled for season 2 pre-warden vibes.

Thinking about both Centross and Kai having the fear of loosing their family in a single moment and how both of these fears trace back to Icarus but in such different ways

For Centross, it’s because he forgot them. They were a part of his family, one of the people he fought Fable to protect, the person he died saving, and he forgot them. One moment they were dying in his arms and the next he had no clue why he had been crying. The only remnants of them being the dreams they haunted him in

For Kai, it’s because she lost everything over and over because of them. Time and time again they died and the world reset. Time and time again Kai got forgotten. Her own family, her loved ones, her partners all looking at her like a stranger, like a threat. With no warning. All to keep them alive.

And now that the world’s stable, the resets are over and Icarus has returned, both of them are still left with that ever present dread. That fear that in a moment it could all be lost and no one would ever know
