Ceo!Haz being a haughty bastard with everyone until his little nephew comes in his office babbling random words and Haz's elder brother comes in searching for his son and there he finds Haz cuddling the baby boy and tells him to make his own bc they can give an enormous joy? And Haz comes home and tells his gf that he wants a kiddo!
I changed it a little bit to make it flow smoother. :p
Harrison was arrogant as fuck. He knew he couldn't be beat, couldn't be fired, he was the best of the best and he knew it. Everyone knew it. Even his brother who visited the office often, oftentimes resorting to the spare office for his own work. And sometimes, little Gio accompanied his father.
Harrison wasn't nearly as ballsy about policing people who knock at his door when his older brother and nephew were over. Especially when there's little knocks at the door, something Gio does every once in a while when he wanders from his father.
Harrison stands, rounding his desk and pulling the door open. He smiles down at the little boy that wanders in, babbling away as he stumbles through the new room. Harrison chuckles, closing the door,
"'Scuse me sir, don't think I invited you inside. Can I help you with somethin?" Harrison jokes as Gio wanders the room, smacking his hands against the glass as he continues to babble, squealing as he rambles. Haz sits in his chair, wheeling it over,
"Like the view G?" The little boy turns, holding his arms up for his uncle who scoops him up without so much as thinking about it. Gio lays back against Harrison, snuggling into him after a moment. The CEO closes his eyes, holding Gio closes. He instantly feels calm, wondering what it would be like to have his own, to talk you into having a baby like Gio. Gio is at that age where he's starting to be fun, starting to give his parents a run for their money and Harrison knew he needed that distraction. He wanted that distraction.
"You can't take him home." Harrison's brother breaks the silence. He opens his eyes, glancing up,
"He's soothing. I didn't know how easy it was to forget all the crap til he comes wanderin in here." Harrison tells him. His brother chuckles,
"He's pretty amazing. A lot of fun, a lot of happiness. You ever thought about having one?"
"I'm thinkin about it now." He states. His brother laughs again,
"I just... Y/N and I are really stable right now and I love her to death. I'd love to see our baby."
"So ask." His brother poses. Harrison nods, holding Gio closer it seems, holding his phone towards the little boy's feet who seems to babble incoherently and play with Harrison's tie, a notion that has Harrison's heart softening. He can see your baby, he can see you bringing this chubby little thing in to see him throughout the day and he loves the idea. He wants one.
"We gotta talk about something SERIOUS when I get home. And it's the exact opposite of breaking up. Just be prepared :)" is the text he sends you, ready to pose the idea, ready to change the game. Because he knows it's the distraction you both need. And who better to take on this journey with then you?
