New Cactus
Hi,
So, I was gifted this rather furry cactus today. This is the first cactus I’ve ever owned, and I was wondering whether you could ID it and give me a few pointers on how to properly care for it? Usually I don’t have too much luck caring for plants but hopefully this little guy will grow lovely

Hi,
That’s Cephalocereus senilis. Quite an easy species to care for, however they have very high light requirements so need to be in the very brightest spot available. They can be watered well once every two weeks or so.
