Ceras
For Ceras, its a mix between.
Shes scared of death because it doesn't really feel like shes truly lived with the life shes had and that feels like a waste for her. Shes not scared because, its simply part of the process.
Nova
For Nova, shes not scared of death. Shes come close to it so many times by this point, shes almost waiting for it.
The likelihood is lower these days though, after Carmine took her in.
Anno
Anno has no reason to fear death because of respawn. They don't understand the concept of a true death but if they did, I do imagine that they'd find the concept a whole lot more terrifying.
