This is the first time we see Casey without a shirt on (if I’m not mistaken) and it’s to the site of him beaten up on the orders of Voight. I don’t remember Jesse Spencer being this beefed up on House. He probably hit the gym to play a firefighter.

In this one moment Voight was this chlose to getting his ass beat. Alternatively Casey was also this close to ending up in prison and losing his job. Thankfully Chief Boden was there to talk some sense into his Lieutenant.
