What a cold fucking moment. And how appropriate. This is so good, I started hopping back and forth between this and the English volume just to really soak it in.

The first time I saw this as a teenager, I thought the gates of Hell opening one of the most chillingly awesome and creepy things I'd seen. And I'm happy to report it still gives me a chill! I also always appreciate more lore.

I don't anything smart or funny to say here. I'm just in awe taking it all in.

(I wonder if we'll see Shrieker again, if the Hell one-shot ever continues into a bigger arc? As much as I would LOVE a full arc, I know enough about the circumstances surrounding the series' end that I'm not optimistic about the chances of that. I guess this, and many other questions and curiosities I have, are what fanfiction is for.)
