There’s a lot of really funny incongruity created by the body-swapped characters maintaining their usual speech patterns while in other bodies, but my personal favorite is Nami’s usual feminine speech patterns in Franky’s body leading the Cool Brothers to think they’re talking to an okama.

Naruto chapter 667 (spoilers)

So, this will be a short one due to my lack of interest in this chapter. I had a pretty good feeling that Kishi would do this to us and not go straight back to Naruto and Sakura. The one thing that did excite me was we finally GOT TO KNOW WHOSE FUCKING FOOT IT WAS! And just, yes, I’m so glad it was Moon Moon (aka Kabuto. Why I call him that is a long story for another time) because that was the one character my friend was just wondering forever about. I really honestly thought Kishi was just going to leave him in that loop. But anyway, we get to see who rescued Sasuke. Now all we need is Yamato back. Sweet! But anyway, Gai fights Madara and is awesome as always. Overall, this chapter didn’t do much for me and I hope this lull won’t last long. Cheers ya’ll and let me know your thoughts on this chapter!
