Maybe Just Death character intro!
✦ Lourens (goes by Lore)
✦ 26
✦ human (he’s fae-touched but like. he’s still human)
(very brief) bio:
Lore grew up in a really poor farming family with lots of siblings and a lot of parental love, but he was always a wistful child, never really doing what needed to be done, always wandering off into the fields of wildflowers or taking a walk up the rocking hillside in an attempt to see the sea. One day, a beautiful woman approached him and offered him paradise if he would only give her his name. Lore knew what she was really asking for, but he gave it anyway because he wanted to get out. The woman took him to the fae realm, where he became her pet, her consort, something she could dress up and parade around for the others to see. And Lore... he liked the attention, but sometimes... he didn’t. For nine years, he lived with her, until a civil war broke out among the fae and she sent Lore back to Earth, giving him one last gift - every spoken language - before she disappeared from him forever. Unsure where he was, Lore wandered the cold forest for what felt like forever before he found his savior in Andrew, a patient necromancer who guided him back to his house and warmed him up. Their peaceful existence got serious very fast when an injured girl showed up at their door, but Lore’s determined to bring some light with them no matter how dark their destinies become.
stilted thoughts on him:
plant boy!!!! plants love him because he spent so much time in the fae realm, he’s mentally and physically 26 but by the time he gets back to earth nearly 1000 years has passed so a lot of shit is new to him, he’s dealing with some dark personal things but he tries to be happy for the group, 100% in love with Andrew and thinks it’s unrequited (it won’t be for long), loves physical affection, 10/10 will brush Hina’s hair for her

❛ you don’t have to keep me company, i’m fine by myself. ❜

Wanda shook her head slightly, making herself comfortable on the couch. She had kept a little bit of room between them, more so that Lore didn't feel trapped. "I don't mind sitting with you. Besides, it gives us a chance to get to know each other a little better doesn't it?" She suggested, a small smile tugging at her lips. "We're both so busy normally."
Who is the most chatty of your characters? The most reserved?
oooooooooo
Lore is definitely the most chatty; he has a million questions at all times because, while he’s learned through his life to pick up on the moods of One Specific Person (read: his master in the past and Andrew now), he’s pretty……. blind to everything else. He’s not good at nuance but he does know when the mood of a room takes a downshift, and he’s always looking to pick that back up. So he asks a lot of questions and always tries to cheer people up (which basically translates to talking too much and maybe being a bit annoying but he can’t help it).
Andrew is the most reserved. It’s not that he doesn’t like to talk (he’s definitely capable of having very long, intricate conversations), but he tends to lean towards saying less because he thinks it’s better for the Young People™ to figure shit out for themselves. He’s always ready to say something like “i told you so” when someone messes up, even if he did not, in fact, tell them so. He’s also very talkative about his craft when anyone is genuinely curious about it, and has conversations with his spirits, but really…. when it comes down to broaching a silence or adding in his two cents, he just won’t. He keeps his opinion to himself unless he’s explicitly asked for it.
