There's only 21 color covers, they stopped appearing after chapter 194 but they're so nostalgic. These are some of my favorites, I actually haven't seen half of these before. Chapter 45's color cover was so good it became the cover of Volume 6.

Fun details: In chapter 41's cover, Shanks has tiny scars on his ankles, I wonder if they appear again in the manga? In chapter 45, Nami's tattoo foreshadows her connection to Arlong. In chapter 56, Sanji is holding a pink drink that appears earlier in this spread.

Rambling about Fairies - Manga Chapter 56

Fairy Tail may be a family, but the Strauss siblings are special. There’s a comparison of found family, real family that loves, and real family that doesn’t love in the show. This juxtaposes Lucy’s relationship with her father later on. 

While the Strauss siblings are unconditional, accepting, and vulnerable around each other, Lucy has always had to be ‘ladylike, capable, intelligent’ around her father, and his love only went as far as she was useful to inherit his business.
