Ingredients: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 large egg.
Instructions: Warm up your mini waffle maker. Put the egg and shredded mozzarella cheese in a small bowl and mix them together well. Put half of the batter into the waffle maker that has already been heated. Cover it and cook for four to five minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown and crispy. Carefully take the chaffle out of the waffle maker, and do it again with the rest of the batter. Enjoy while hot!
