11. El and Rats are foils in the sense their perceived planning skills are swapped. People really think El is a very brash spurr of the moment kind of person where she's actually constantly playing 5D chess in any situation- much to his detriment. Rats on the other hand people THINK it is a calculated master planner but it's actually just looking for instant gratification and what is the funniest bit in that moment.
18. For Waylon, Molly and Persephone, The Van Gang, Waylon fully believes their found family is a temporary thing. Shoot as soon as they find Molly's mom he's planning on passing quick to New purga. But Molly being the optimistic kid she is talks about how Waylon and Persephone is gonna stay with her and her mom.
