Could a person have clear/colorless chakra?
According to the wikia, “Each person’s chakra also has a unique “colour” that can be seen by those with dōjutsu (the anime tends to colour all normal chakra light blue).“
All chakra carries color. So the question you’re really asking is “is clear a color?” and the answer to that is no.
Clear, or transparent, isn’t considered a color. It is a different visual property altogether. The color of a physical object depends on the light that is reflected, absorbed or emitted by the object, while transparent matter lets light pass through it without reflecting or emitting light. Thus, it has no color.
In the manga, all characters have their own unique chakra color. Naruto’s is actually yellow (surpriseeeeeeeee) and Kakashi’s is white (Hatake chakraaaaaaa)
In the anime, they made it super basic so almost all chakra is blue (because it made animation easier)
Hope that helped. :D

How Chakras Can Be Any Color
Anyone typically familiar with chakras have probably heard something along the lines of “your first chakra is typically red, but it can also be yellow, orange, or black.”
Despite popular belief chakras can actually be seen as any color. It might be true that any given chakra may typically be a certain color but mostly this belief system of specific chakra colors stems from personal experience being projected onto others. In other words it’s programming.
An Example
If we were in a room and let’s say there are ten people in that room. All ten are looking at the same person’s first chakra. Three of the people might see it as green, two see yellow, one sees black, and the last four sees it as red.
Who is right?
They all are.
To continue the example let’s say the green represents a mother energy, the yellow is that person’s own energy, the black is a death picture, and the red is a father energy. So in this example each of the ten people are honing in on a particular energy in that person’s first chakra. Even the people who saw the same color might see a different aspect to that energy. I like to think of it as we are all trying to solve a puzzle. Each person’s input is a puzzle piece. It can be very interesting information by itself but when added with the rest of the pieces, it forms a much bigger picture.
There are many nuances of energy. Chakras are no different. They can contain layers of energy that each mean something different.
So if you have read before that the first chakra is red (or about any chakra for that matter) but you personally see your first chakra as purple don’t fret. What you see is valid.
We all have our own information. When working with energy there is no right or wrong answer (or question!). There is only perspective.
Trust your information. Bathe in the light of your eternal knowledge and don’t let anyone take that away from you. You already have all the answers you need, just look within and you will find them.

Our Chakra Colors
We all know the seven colors of our seven main chakras, from the red root to our violet crown. As you can already guess, these colors weren’t chosen randomly, and neither are they the colors of the rainbow only by a coincidence. White light is the beginning and the end and true awareness is the source of being able to see all its colors. Light is the energy that is flowing up our spine when we meditate, White is what we see when we reach pure enlightenment. And as simple as it seems, light is exactly where our chakra colors come from.
As you can see in the picture above, visible light is the spectrum of waves between 380 nanometers to 740 nanometers length. The shorter the waves, the higher the frequency. White light is a combination of all colors. If you are extremely sensitive by nature or through intense practice, you will be able to feel the vibrations (frequency and wavelengths) of the light going through your body. You will also be able to see the actual colors coming with these vibrations, giving you an even better feeling of your chakras and your possible blockades. Another step further and you can even see other people’s chakra and aura colors.
Now, our colors are never stable, but constantly changing, depending on our emotions, blockades and strengths. A chakra can be pale and seem dirty if it doesn’t get enough of its correct energy, or it can also be too saturated if too much energy is centered in that spot. Some people tend to focus too much on their lower chakras, forgetting about the universe within, while others tend to focus too much on their upper chakras, forgetting to get grounded. The purpose of eastern practices is not an “over-saturation” of chakras, but a harmonic energy flow through all chakras - a harmonic, saturated, balanced Us.
But not everyone is practiced enough to be able to see their unsaturated or supersaturated chakras; however, this is not essential to find out where our problems are. Since every color stands for different qualities, we can find out which chakra is presumably too pale or too saturated simply by looking at ourselves more closely. Once we know which colors we need to activate, we can help ourselves through a mass of possibilities – meditation, yoga, healing crystals and minerals or by simply changing our surrounding into the color that we lack.
Only by creating a perfect balanced flow of our colors (energy) can we feel physically, emotionally and spiritually well. A detailed description of each Chakra color and its qualities can be found on chakra-anatomy.com. Click the links below to be directed to the named Chakra.
