to all my fellow pocs, i want to remind you that you are doing your best. even in the face of adversity, you’re still going through life and being true to yourself. for that, you are amazing! no matter what other people say, nothing about you or your background is wrong or evil- where you are from and the colour of your skin is a part of your identity and does not make you worth less. you are strong, beautiful, talented and especially amazing! it gets hard sometimes, but i know you will make it through- i believe in you wholeheartedly.
thank you for making the world a more colourful place.
Quick question! I want to know how to describe which year it is in Naruto. It'll probably look weird, especially because of the fact that the time line is all over the place, but how would the characters know which year it is or how to say that "blah blah blah" happened in that year and not that one. Y'know what I mean? (Sorry for the rambling)
I’m guessing it’d be something like X years after Y event (e.g. 25 years after the founding of Konoha). Time after the official end of the warring states period would make sense as a general reference for every country, but I’m not sure exactly when that would be in Naruto’s convoluted timeline.

Pretty much what C said. I personally use when the five great shinobi villages were definitively established as a “marker point” as I consider it a transition of eras, if you will.
But it would honestly depend on how you’ve developed your story, if you’ve added in some AU elements, etc. but it should be an event that impacted the world at large.

Psst: What I found that helps me personally is using the Nine Tails Attack/Naruto’s birth as my focal point in regards to outlining a story.
Regarding in-story usage of dating time: You would have to think about how the world would probably see time. It’s not like all of the villages were found the same time. So I personally wouldn’t use that as a time-date. Might I suggest the first Kage Summit as a starting point? Seems to me like a good event for impact.-Dom
Makee you look your very best when visiting your deceased loved ones. Today is my Grammy's birthday. She would have been 80. So Mod Ade and I decided to pay her a visit. I let her know how hard I've bee trying to be stronger for myself and for others. Grammy was a very thin person, but she always made sure to tell me how much she loved how I lived my life and didn't squeeze into society's expectations of beauty. She always told me how she wanted me to grow up and have a fat house and a fat husband and fat pets and fat kids cause thats who I was and she loved how happy that would make me. She was all about living and loving as you were. She was the person I inspired to be. Gosh, I can remember all the times she would squeeze my thicc thighs just to get a laugh out of me. I think it she was alive she would be happy to know that fatphobiabusters exist. I know I'm not around all the time, but I'm happy to be here as a mod. -Mod Dom

Judging Criteria for Writers
Hello, dear traveler,
Ah, a curious mind is among our midst, interested in knowing some of the Inn’s secrets that haven’t been disclosed to anyone ever before. How strange, but nevertheless, we aim to please all visitors of the BNHA Myths Zine Inn and will do our best to reveal what we can.
And so it appears that you have come with luck by your side, for the guardian of scrolls seems to have gone out for lunch.
We understand that potential applicants may be curious as to how we will be judging their work in order to pick out our official contributors, questions such as “what are the mods looking for in this zine?” may have popped into the minds of few, it may even pop up in our inbox from time to time..
To put it simply, we are looking for grammar, spelling, tone, and flow of the storytelling. We are looking out for many things which will be explained in this post. These criteria follow the similar trend found across all zines including writers
Now, the thing we’ve all been waiting for: the bulletpoint list!
you deserve to have your social needs met, respected, and to be able to meet them in healthy ways. no matter how high or how low they are.
