You are partly right.

The idea that you are only partly right acknowledges a layered understanding to any situation. It is humbling to release the grip we have on needing to be absolutely right. But try it. First with a simple situation where it's kind of easy to see the other person's perspective. And then try it with progressively more challenging situations until you get to tougher ones like religion and politics.
The next time you find yourself engaged in some kind of conflict, say to yourself "I am partly right" and see if it doesn't soften the situation and allow for the stuck energy to flow more freely.
Use your deep contemplation of CHAKRA 6 : brow to see that other perspectives are believed with as much intensity by the other person as your perspective is believed by you. Understand them just a little bit more. Then notice the softening in your CHAKRA 3 : belly as you release the need to be absolutely right. Your CHAKRA 3 : ego will resist. Be prepared and breathe into your belly to keep it soft. The flow of energy where there was previously a block will open up doors of understanding that will help you see the world in a new and likely surprising way.
This is how we move towards peace. This is how we evolve.
HOOPERS : Been mad as hell at anyone lately? If you hoop mindlessly when you're angry, you might be amplifying the energy that is locked in conflict. While the movement will no doubt make you feel better and there will be a burning off of excess that will also help, if you do nothing to shift your fundamental thought process, you do nothing for your personal evolution even though you may feel better in the moment.
Instead, try this...
Do the opposite of what the extreme charge in your body is urging you to do. Soften and relax instead of tense and explode. Close your eyes and take your attention down to your belly as you hoop with a large, slow hoop. Notice the rhythmic contraction and releasing in your belly. See the gentle push and the following release as a metaphor for peace. As you hoop, repeat "I am partly right . I am partly right . I am partly right" for 10 to 20 minutes. If your mind wanders, bring it back to this mantra and focus on softening your belly.
Don't worry about a solution showing itself to you immediately. Trust that this exercise will open your psychic channels for less restricted energy flow allowing for creative thought to be stimulated. And know that you are contributing not only to your own personal inner peace, but to peace in your family, in your community and in the world as well as to the overall evolving human consciousness.
