I’ve always felt really in tune with those around me as well as my own intuition, so the idea of these inner “energies” resonates with me. The throat chakra is associated with creative expression. When clear, it’s easy to let go of the past and gain wisdom from your experiences. I tend to be my own worst critic, and although it’s easy for me to create and be expressive (almost too expressive 🙃), I tend to ALWAYS be disappointed with my end result. I dwell on thoughts of “why didn’t I do better?” which makes me hesitant to continue my creativity. In the end, it’s important to accept these feeling and realize how quickly we are evolving and progressing though life.
