Got my new program yesterday and I’m feeling really motivated. Does anyone else find that when they’re super motivated mentally their body is like ‘lololol think again ahahahah’? Got to the gym this morning and started getting cramps in my leg. Which is odd because I’ve never had this happen before and my legs have been fine the past few days? . . . Anyway, I’ve always had issues with my squat depth, I’m not very flexible and I’m glute dominant. Just wanted to record my 20kg, 30kg and 40kg squat and then record again on the last week of my program to compare. The goal is to get my 40kg as low as my 20kg. . 1st vid - 20kg 2nd vid - 30kg 3rd vid - 40kg 4th vid - 40kg box squats. . I went up to 45kg but didn’t record, had to stick a 10kg plate on it hit the bench. .
