So great to be back in #stoneharbornj. I couldn’t wait to get out of bed this morning and run some miles. I started at easy effort but after 6 miles I decided to drop the pace by a minute. Loved finishing fast. Then it was down to the beach for some #striders in the hard packed sand. I feel fully reset now and in my element.
