Pull Up Challenge
Personal challenge time for August. Adapt and adjust this to your own liking and goals if you wish to follow along.
Personal Initial Goal: Traditional pull ups at least 5 days a week for the month of August. 3 sets, maximum reps for each set. I’ll mix these into my regularly planned workout sessions. Likely as a warm up and during rest between other sets.
Secondary Driving Goal: 20 uninterrupted pull-ups by August 31st. Did my initial baseline test this morning and got 9

Meals update
Meals were better this week then last week, just as I was shooting for.
My goal though, is to completely cut out wine temporarily until Christmas.
That is for the two weeks left of my challenge, continue with the clean meals
and workouts boosting them up on certain days. Yoga has been missing lately.
I want to squeeze some yoga time in as well.
So goals for this week; No wine. Clean meals. Yoga at least 1x. kickass workouts.
