The sun shined through the windows of your and you boyfriend’s room, but your unwillingness to wake up was stronger than the rays heating up the room. Sadly after some time, the light stopped you from staying asleep. You groaned slightly and turned around to see Yuchan still asleep, looking peaceful. You envied him.
Turning over you grabbed your phone to see what time it was. 9:43 am. Well you slept in later than you thought you would which is great. Since Yuchan was still asleep you decided to browse tumblr and all sorts of social media on your phone, not wanting to wake him up.
But after some time you got so into your reading, that you never saw or heard your boyfriend wake up.
“Good morning angel” he said in his morning voice, which sounded lower than normally.
You turn your head around and smiled.
“Morning Chan-i”
Yuchan smiled and looked at your phone.
“What are you reading?”
“Nothing too special, just a writer I’ve been following for a few months” you said smiling while putting your phone back on your nightstand.
Yuchan nodded and snuggled into you, wrapping his arm around your waist and resting his head on your shoulder. You smiled and looked at him.
“I missed you” he then admitted while trying to snuggle closer but he couldn’t.
“I missed you too”
Yuchan sighed some and looked up at you.
“Can we stay like that for a while? I don’t want to get up” he whined, making you chuckle.
“Of course we can, you’ve been working hard enough these days, there’s no need to make anything today on your day off”
Your boyfriend smiled and nodded. Preparing the comeback had been tiring him out so you knew that he wouldn’t move from this bed unless he needed to use the bathroom or eat.
After a little bit, you started playing with Yuchan’s soft hair, just relaxing, when you heard him sigh again.
You looked down and saw that he fell back asleep almost the second you started playing with his hair. That view made you smile and soon enough you started to feel tired again too.
You positioned yourself in a better way to sleep while still trying to not wake up Yuchan, which worked. But since you moved, he was as snuggled into you as before so he brought himself closer to you, not wasting anytime. You thought it was cute that even when he was sleeping he didn’t want to be away from you, even if away meant 1cm distant.
You kissed the top of his head and then closed back your eyes and let sleep drift you away, while cuddling your favorite person on Earth
