It was something hard to believe. To everyone. Sometimes when we go down, we cease to believe someone can still see the good in ourselves. And Marie knew that very well. So that was why she was so humane sometimes. Especially when seeing someone break down in front of her. She reached her hand for the taller female and patted her back with a sweet smile. She then decided to sit next to her in the bar’s back door. 

“Why do you think I wouldn’t? Did something happen between you and your siblings?” She rose both her brows up, actually worried about it. She didn’t know Fiona for a long time but the times they met, she knew that sometimes she’d get carried away with her family problems. Forgetting herself. Which Marie was jealous of. Since she was so egocentric and narcissistic to care for one more than to herself. She couldn’t allow herself to do that since that would  mean to hurt and to cry. And no that wouldn’t happen. 

“We all fuck up, that’s part of life. So we better go get some drink for you, don’t you agree? It’s not worth to dwell in the shit you’ve done. Get up and confront it. Whining about it won’t do you any good.”

My lovely amazing Umma, where should I start? I’ve known Amber for just about a year now, and it honestly feels like a lifetime at this point. I was so shy and timid before I her, mostly keeping to myself and not looking to make many friends. But then I had the chance to meet Amber and she dragged out the side of me I tend to keep hidden. I know I can go to her for anything, be it advice or just to rant about something. She accept me for how I am, and has never asked me to be anything but me. I haven’t had much luck in my life when it came to friends & family , but she showed me it’s okay to trust people again. Amber is  the sweetest person, and I really should remind her of that more often. I’m lucky enough to know this amazing person & have her care as much as she does about me. I love her more that I could express in words, and I hope she knows that.
