The ancestor liberation ceremonies occurred in both Las Vegas, Nevada, and Tarrytown, New York. The Las Vegas ceremony occurred at the church-owned International Peace Education Center, and the New York ceremony was in Belvedere, facing 93 degree weather.

UC members who attended paid for generations of their ancestors to get liberated, as well as to perform a revised form of ansu/chanyang that does not include hitting the crotch or other participants’ backside.

There are noticeably less cities on this tour, and less people at the events. It's been said that many older first generation have grown increasingly estranged the past few years from the institutional church and the Cheongpyeong providence under Hak Ja Han.
