I pulled the Two of Cups and the Seven of Pentacles for your question.

I can see two different (although not conflicting), quite straightforward interpretations here.

On the one hand, interpreting the cards separately, I would say that the Two of Cups stands for a sexual relationship in which the participants are deeply connected, working together to reach a fulfilling outcome for both. In this interpretation, the Seven of Pentacles stands for the pride of witnessing that outcome. It could also mean that MS fantasizes about seeing you sexually fulfilled, or feeling sexual pleasure. In other words, MS's fantasy, according to this interpretation, would be to have a sexual life in which both of you are sexually fulfilled, and they want to see you enjoying your sexual encounters.
