On Tanaka: Why He Was Survive

One thing that always bugged Kuroshitsuji’s fans in recent arc is about Tanaka. Mostly about:

1. Why he was survive

2. How he was not burned down together with the others

This question leads to some theories that Tanaka might be a bad guy. I think so, too, before. Because, Tanaka is THAT strong, right? When we saw him defending Our!Ciel and the manor, we never saw him failed so far. So the fact that he was survive and the others--including the twins--were not, is kinda suspicious.

But after chap 135, I present you another idea on why Tanaka was survived.

Because he was actually succeeded rescuing the twin.

What we know from chap 134 is that OC’s last time conscious was when he saw Tanaka get stabbed. Then when he woke up, he was inside a suitcase. There’s a  span where we didn’t know what happened.

Then, when OC was reunited with RC, they were not on the same place? Like, OC was in the.... storage room? Cargo room? Where you put big packages? And RC was descended a stair that suspiciously like a house? A house that’s not meant to keep cargos? And when they were inside the cage, RC said something about “he’s a failure because he’s not invisible enough.”

Now this line could be interpreted multiple ways, but when I first read it, it seems like RC somehow wanted to do something that probably would save them, but he was failed because he was found out--and then captured.

Then, we already on a consensus that those two scums highly impossible be the killer(s) in the house, right? They’re just your usual street scums, not a pro killer that could STAB THAT INSANELY STRONG TANAKA. 

So I think, after the end of chap 134, Tanaka actually managed to fight back and gained the twins. But since the killer(s) was/were strong, and he was wounded, and one twin--if not both--was unconscious, run was the best option. Saving masters came at first priority.

But again, he was wounded so badly. He must be just able to hide the twins somewhere and probably asked RC, who was conscious, to get some help or something since he was bleeding. Thus, RC went to find help, but he messed up and in the end, he and OC got captured--probably after wounded Tanaka more.

Roma, Furuta and the End.

  Today’s chapter was a big one. I didn’t get so hyped since Furuta claimed himself has ‘’The Washuu King’’.

So, we learned A LOT today, primarily, about Roma Hoito. This girl, the Clumsy Waitress from Anteiku is a fucking SSS rate full kakuja Ghoul. She is 51 and looks 25. Also, she was the ghoul who fought with Tsuneyoshi back in the days.

So, on the first page, we get a little bit of her background, apparently, she never knew her parents and lived on the streets for a long time, she used only to eat rotting meat - how she says - to survive until she kills her first human. After her first bite, she was done for it. She began even to eat others, ghouls, she herself says that not in a day she didn’t smell the scent of blood.

She was bored, then she did something.

She is the original founder of the Clown. She created the Clowns because she wants to poke their nest. Wanted to mercilessly kill them. Want to force them to live. For her, they were simply her bread. 

The CCG and the Clowns don't know she created the Clowns, it’s part of her ‘’game’’. And we were all like: ‘’Uta is obviously the Clown leaders, look at him and’’ 

‘‘Of course not, it’s obviously Furuta, he commands them all’‘

‘‘What? Look at Donato’s mask, has a Crown on it, obviously is him’‘

Hear my words: No one is the Clown’s leaders. Roma simply created this ‘’Squad’’ because she was bored. She is the FOUNDER, not the Leader. Every Clown is a Clown because they want chaos and fun. They do what is convenient for them or what is fun.

After she was free from the Cochlea, she goes directly to Uta’s shop to hear two news, one of them was Kaneki Ken. Uta tells her about a one eyed guy was in the Kuzen’s shop (Anteiku). She rapidly gets excited about it and decides to join the shop just to get close to Kaneki and learn some things about him. And, of course, get some laughs. And the other news was... Furuta. 

In this time, Furuta (probably) wasn’t in the Ghoul Restaurant yet, so he was only affiliated with the CCG (how he says), V, Kanou and, of course, the Washuu Clan. Some people are saying that now with all this power ‘’Roma is the Final Boss’’, ‘’Furuta was just a puppet’’, ‘’The Clowns are the final boss’’ and I will say: Nor the clowns, nor Roma are the final boss. 

I’m going to be completely honest with you guys, I NEVER expected that Furuta could be ‘’manipulated’’ or something, but apparently, Roma is doing that.

Do you see this panel? ‘’Keep up the parade, my dear boy.’’ Roma is literally speaking how Furuta is her son, almost. Because she needed Furuta. Since very young, Roma wanted the pure chaos (what leads her to create the Clowns in the first place) but she needed someone for does the ‘’dirty’ work for her. Furuta is, you liking or not, is a very smart and strong person, he also has the power of manipulation and more important, he has the Washuu blood, so, was easy for him to do what he did (kill his father and take over the CCG. Furuta IS the Final Boss. Roma just helped him to make his ‘’SUPERPEACE’’ because it was going to be fun. Roma doesn’t care if she is the ‘’Final Boss’’ or not, she just wants to have fun. How herself said: ‘’I was bored.’’ She and the rest of the Clowns are helping Furuta right now because, again, IT’S FUN, you know?
