I love the smile on Luffy's face here, his complete confidence that Momo can do it.

Kind of brings to mind the very beginning of the story. Luffy saying all the things he can't do that he relies on his crew for, but there's one thing he can do.

He can't move this island out of the way, only Momo can do that. But he CAN beat Kaido, so that's all he can focus on.

It's a choice between living under Kaido's rule as slaves for the rest of their lives, or taking this chance to free their loved ones and the rest of Wano at the cost of their lives.

The choice really doesn't seem like much of a choice, when you think about it that way.
