i wonder if Rudo had some tools up on the Sphere that he havent found a replacement for on the Ground yet? Like he is fixing something in his room at the HQ, "fuck i wish i had [tool]" not because one he has now is really that much worse, its just a slightly different and it bugs him. cuz you absolutely can have a favorite pair of pliers or something
