Hey you know how some hermits have the whole ocean theme this season? Why dont i see any of them as seals ever.

Cute fat little bastards.

You know seals belly slap to attract a mate? Its very good for them to be fat and round, and the fatter the seal are, the more competent.

Also, their eyes just remind me of grian, and you can easily turn this into force-feeding him. Hes so thin, not built like a real seal. Maybe he just needs someone to fatten him up, yeah?

👁️👁️ oh my GOD you're so right... I love the mental image of seal G.rian during his fisherman era, lounging on his dock waiting for that stupid mending book to bite while mindlessly snacking on all those worthless non-treasure catches (like a stereotypical heartbroken person eating ice cream straight from the tub lol)

It's not uncommon for G's fishing sessions to end with him moaning and complaining on the ground. Lately though, that's been less due to despair at ever getting that book, and more to do with him suddenly (and painfully) realizing how many fish he's caught and unthinkingly eaten... Ough. Maybe that belly slap strategy also works to attract belly rubs? 😊

x.B would also perfect for this given his base this season, but I'm just too attached to him as either a guardian or orca hybrid... Could seal M.umbo be a thing? He's big, has that dark suit and the mustache, that feels like it could go somewh—

I was looking up seal species to see if i could match a blorbo to one, and I just realised.

THERE'S SEALS IN NEWFOUNDLAND.

SEAL G.EM! Selkie G.em, even!! She'd be so so fat because G.em is Great at being a seal, obviously, and then when she's on land she can just shrug off that form and look like a regular human with nothing weird going on! Except maybe she's a little Too Great, and soon that weight starts to show on her landlubber form too... 🤤

her fighting style would probably change from (at least in hand to hand) quick snappy strikes to slamming people, pinning them beneath her and power strikes

the hermits would probably try to fight her just to be pinned under her fat ass or big soft bellyy :D:D:D:D:D

Ooooh, unofficial 5th member of the HC Fight Club! Cub & False touring the PvP arenas, it's a good way to get False used to moving around in different ways with her new size. But it also comes with a very enthusiastic audience, in the form of The Other Fightclub Members :3

Gem especially would be a big fan of Big Fat False. Since the watery environment of trident PvP is much kinder on the joints (not to mention the nearby beach area to relax after sparring), False would probably become a frequent visitor to Gem's arena. That means plenty of opportunities to ogle, plenty of puddles around the arena for Gem to "accidentally" slip and stumble into False's soft sides... and of course lots of one-on-one trident training!

Yep, definitely training.

Absolutely no weapons were discarded in favour of a "wrestling match" in the shallow pool beneath the arena's main platform, and there's a perfectly good reason why False's goggles (and various other items of clothing) had to be retrieved from the arena's water filtration system. Yeah.

Joel crafted a diamond helmet (the big traffic game no-no) by mistake & Gem was like "well you've got to eat it now!" So umm please imagine Joel swallowing the helmet in item form, and once it's in his stomach it suddenly "equips" and grows to full size. Or maybe Gem feeds it to him piece by piece, really drag out the process so he feels bad for those five wasted diamonds :3

The best/worst part is it didn't even restore that much health! It just played the anvil breaking sound, which I've already decided is just a massive burp that kind of sounds like the specific audio. Heeheehee I'm loving this 🤤

Also thankyou for the reminder that mcytvore is cool and awesome and i should think about it more. I especially like Gem as a pred because i am a sucker for preds that are slightly smaller than their prey, and with Pearl being so tall you're basically guaranteed some good size difference 🥰
