My version of fantasy Kaminari Denki.

He is a Bard that plays the Hurdy Gurdy.

His belt can be turned around to hold the Hurdy Gurdy in place while he stands and plays, though he prefers to sit down to play.

The belt also has a waterproof leather flap that goes over the Hurdy Gurdy to protect it from the rain 

He likes to travel and he is really good at his music and also his Bard related spells.

This is not to say he doesn’t dabble in Magic that isn’t Bard related.

The bracelets he wears channel the Elemental Magic that he uses for his Electrical spells.
