Why doesn’t ranboo let the particles in the room when he experiments.
ranboo doesn’t let the particles in the room when he experiments because besides being distressed and sometimes them making them feel sick we will band together to try to mess them up, such as knocking potion bottles over, stealing materials, pushing his hand away, etc.
He actually put up with it, working around them- until one time he was doing his experiments and a cloud of particles swarmed around the potion when it broke, trying to block the steam. being so small it hurt them, and their cries of pain was also the first time ranboo could understand them. the shock was what kept him from going into the enderwalk state.
He immediately stopped to try to help them, and they recovered fine, but after that ranboo stopped letting them anywhere nearby while he was experimenting out of fear that they would get hurt again while trying to stop them.
The particles still try to stop him by ramming against the door, trying to force it open, or by calling out to him from the next room.

While he's really tall, he slouches a lot due to social anxiety about standing out so everything thinks he's maybe 6-6'2 but when he cracks his back/stretches he's 6'6
Kids really like him, they think he's cool and he expects them to get scared of being half enderman but 1st-4th graders love him
He feels really bad about forgetting people's birthdays/important dates and Techno noticed so he always casually mentions whoevers birthday is the next day, even people Techno personally doesn't like
he thinks very black and white and is really bad at accepting "maybe" as an answer, he wants to know good or bad, right or wrong, no gray area in between
he and Sam have their own mob language and talk in front of Tommy and it makes him (Tommy) angry as hell, even though they're just saying "couch couch table table chair" and laughing like it's a secret
he gets really scared in thunderstorms/used to get really scared in thunder storms because one time when he was little he got caught in one and burned in the rain, so everytime he hears thunder he's spooked
he still has one of his very first memory books from when he was young, it's dumb with entries like "ate bread!" "climbed a tree!" spelled wrong, but he keeps it in his pocket 24/7 to read when life gets hectic
