THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NEIL & NATHANIEL IN A SUIT / PHOTOS.  Neil would wear whatever he was put in, he’d pose like an idiot to avoid feeling uncomfortable. Nathaniel would be dressed extremely well, his suit costing well into the thousands & the closest to a smile he would be caught with would be a smirk. The difference living with Nathan can make is TERRIFYING. Also, these were just some amazing photos so sue me I had to edit them to fit.

NEIL’S VOICE !

so Neil speaks (in order of fluency) english, german, french, russian & japanese. He was brought up in balitmore by his british mother & american father so even as  a kid he said some words british way, and others the american way. ( e.g to-may-to to-mah-to ) Then when he was forced to go on the run with his mother at eleven, he had to fit into the citys, he had to pretend to be from other places ?     so his mother taught him how to change his tones & wording to fit like he was from other american places, then when they went to europe, it was all over again, so from eleven till 19 he was forced to never speak in his natural tones ? add in the multiple languages and his tongue gets really confused ? Not to mention the languages he knows, they confuse him some days. Some days he can only remember the french or german words, not the english and it frustrates him to no end. He tends not to speak much on those days, too humiliated by the fact he can’t remember the english words.

so like, he will generally fake a british or american accent unless he knows someone well or is super tired, then his accent becomes untraceable, some words come out american, some brititsh, some french some german, like he just cannot naturally form a sentence all in one tone without faking it. 

TL;DR in Canon Neil fakes an american accent, in any other verse he fakes an accent of the area ( aka british in england ) but if hes alone, or trusts someone, his accent will become a jumbled mess of all the languages and voices he’s used in his life & he will start stringing words together, instead of enunciating each syllable

* NEIL’S MOST NOTICEABLE WOUNDS   ! 

Neil is covered in all of these wounds in every verse EXCEPT for  VERSE   :   THE FOXHOLE COURT   ( all except face wounds )  VERSE   :   THE RAVEN KING   ( all except for face wounds ) VERSE   :   RAVEN AU   ( all except for face wounds ) 

* HIS FACE.            On Neil’s face, he has two major wounds. Under his right eye, he has a burn mark from a dashboard lighter. On his left cheek he has multiple knife cuts. They may have faded but they are still very noticeable 

* HIS HANDS.            There are cigarette burns all over his knuckles, fingers, back of his hands and forearms. These are all burns from cigarettes that have been put out on his skin.

* HIS BODY.         On his right shoulder: A burn from an iron.            On his abdomen: A gun shot wound, multiple laceration wounds from knives.            On his ribs: On his left side, road rash from jumping out of a car. On his left side, a cut from his hip to armpit.           On his chest: a slew of cuts and burns           On his left shoulder: A gunshot wound. Through & through.           On his thighs: Cuts & cigarette burns.

his hands & face are constantly visible & something he cannot hide, but anything that he can cover with clothing WILL be covered. i.e His chest, thighs, shoulders & most of the time his forearms.
