Marie Leszczinska

Marie Leszczyńska (1703–1768) was Queen of France and the wife of King Louis XV. Her service of nearly 43 years is the longest of any queen in French history. Born a Polish princess and daughter of the deposed King Stanislaus I, she married Louis XV in 1725, bore him 10 children, and became the grandmother of future French kings.
