New Face in the ER || Southern Nurse

Minnie had about a couple of more hours left to her shift. 

This was an extra shift that she had picked up upon the begging of the charge nurse who had called her. It wasn’t terribly busy, but the ER had a couple of call outs and that had left them sort of short for the evening and so Minnie went in. 

She was discharging a patient when she was told that she would be receiving an admission, which she was okay with! It simply made time move all the much quicker. 

The brunette did her due diligence once her patient was discharge and the rest stable, looking up the new patient she’ll be receiving from triage into room three. Her name was Charlotte Labouff and it was awfully familiar to Minnie. 

Where had she heard that name?!

It kept pressing on her head while she looked up the rest of her information and made herself aware of the situation for the woman’s visit. Minnie did some last minute charting on the computer, got a hold of a vital sign machine and made it to the room knocking on the door before entering. 

There was a blonde woman, very pretty, sitting on the patient bed the slight look of pain visible on her eyes. Minnie offered her a warm and gentle smile sliding her equipment in as she did. 

“Hi! I’m Minerva.” And Minnie only went about introducing her actual name because that was the name printed on her ID badge that was clipped to her scrub shirt and visible for every patient. “But you can call me Minnie if you’d like everyone does. I’m going to be your nurse for today.”

Friend in the Stars [BSW] || Gaudy

Georgette knew Princess Charlotte would be aboard The Swynlake and she greatly wanted to see her old friend. For as far back as the young queen could remember, their planets have held close ties with eachother. 

Her own parents were very fond of the King and Queen of Orlenia, that was when they were alive...

Now the Queen found herself aboard a ship filled with Republic elitist, the same people that sided with those who had entered her planet to lay siege to her parents and de-throne the royal family. This was a substantial risk on Georgette’s part, she was not ignorant of that fact, but the Queen knew she would take any risk no matter the price if it meant it could benefit her people. 

A visit to an old friend she also knew would do well to subside some of those many thoughts. Georgette had made it to the Princess’s quarters bearing a smile when the door swished open. “Charlotte! Oh, it is so nice to see you!”
